Grievances and appeals

All public service employees are given a reasonable avenue of redress against unfair or unreasonable administrative decisions.

The Public Service Commissioner ensures that agencies and individual employees have access to an independent forum to deal with issues affecting the employment relationship, where these issues have not been able to be resolved by the parties themselves.
