To learn from previous public service experiences, exerpts of actual appeals are posted in the Resources area.

These are from 2003 onwards, and should be used as a guide to the appeals process only - not a likely result of a similar situation.

PLEASE NOTE: Every case is decided on its merits. Cases which may appear to be similar in the first instance may be decided differently depending on the details of the cases.
