Fair treatment
Fair treatment appeals allow employees who honestly and reasonably believe that they have been unfairly treated by a decision of an agency to take or not take action under a directive, to have their concerns reviewed.

If you wish to proceed with a fair treatment appeal, please complete and return a Notice of Fair Treatment Appeal lodgement form.
