GOLD

Government Online Learning and Development (GOLD) allows an avenue for agencies to share information and resources about effective learning and development programs they have developed and implemented.

GOLD is a way of identifying a broad range of resources and providing information about learning and development options and opportunities for Queensland public service employees and agencies. It is a way of keeping informed about the latest whole-of-government learning and development initiatives, new developments in agencies and other relevant learning and development news.

One initiative that will assist the development of capability in the Queensland public service to deliver on government priorities is a Leadership Panel of Providers that has been established for use across government. Departments may draw upon these suppliers to develop and deliver a wide range of leadership and management development programs.
