Leadership and Management Panel of Providers
-
What is the Panel of Providers?
The OPSC is committed to developing the capability of the Queensland public service to deliver on government priorities. The OPSC supports this direction through the provision of this Panel of Providers to supply leadership and management programs and services based on proven approaches to capability development.
Through a tender process, OPSC has selected a Panel of Providers that all Queensland Government departments may draw upon to develop and deliver a wide range of leadership and management development programs.
Panel arrangement will be reviewed annually with the possibility of extensions up to June 2011.
While we recognise that all suppliers can deliver a broad range of leadership and management program services, the matrix below was designed to differentiate a small number of suppliers who would be best suited to specific areas of work. Departments may wish to contract with providers for work outside of where they sit on the matrix as long as it can still be regarded as leadership and management development programs or services as identified by the tender.

Guidelines for using the panel
Members of the panel arrangement may be contracted by any Queensland public sector agency. This is a pre-qualified list of providers only and does not affect any individual agency's purchasing policy requirements.
Agencies must follow their own purchasing procedures with regard to obtaining quotes from panel members and engaging contractors. Please consult with your agency's procurement officers in relation to these issues.
Agencies must formalise their arrangements with panel members through a contract and in accordance with the agency's unique terms and conditions.
For more information, get in touch with the OPSC Contacts.
