Attraction
The Queensland Government employs people in virtually all walks of life. With the current tight labour market, skills shortages and the continuing high migration to Queensland, we need to take an active role in attracting the right people so we can continue to provide high quality services to Queenslanders.
In the past year, the OPSC has reviewed the Recruitment and Selection Directive and developed a series of resources to encourage agencies to use a more creative approach in attracting staff to the Queensland public service.
